England, 1537: Henry VIII has proclaimed himself Supreme Head of the Church and the country is waking up to savage new laws, rigged trials and the greatest network of informers ever seen. My Review
This book ticked all the boxes. A fabulous cover, an engaging story and wonderfully portrayed characters. I enjoyed every minute of this book and I can understand why this author is so very successful. A great, great novel.
